Summary
We’re Hiring! Compassionate Nursing Professionals wanted. Join our dedicated care team supporting a client with complex neurological and seizure care needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to a client with complex seizure activity and neurological conditions
- monitor and manage seizure protocols, administer medications and respond to emergencies
- collaborate with team members and family
- active participant in client’s ADLs
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) designation with active licensure with BCCNM.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a community care setting.
- Strong knowledge of seizure care and medication administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work within a team.
- prior experience in community care, seizure response protocols and emergency procedures
- Current BLS
- Must live in Kelowna, this is not a travel assignment
- Must have Driver’s License and Vehicle
